Seoul Seniors Tower, a leading example of Korea¡¯s senior residences, began as the country¡¯s first urban senior residence with the opening of the original Seoul Seniors Tower in 1998, initially providing 144 residential units. Since then, it has expanded to include Gangseo Tower and Bundang Tower in 2003, Gayang Tower in 2007, Gangnam Tower in 2015, and Gochang Tower in 2017, offering a total of 1,600 residential units and accommodating 2,000 residents.
The community provides various health management programs, medical facilities, and care services, including those offered by Seoul Seniors Day & Night Care Center and Seoul Seniors Nursing Home, to ensure a comfortable and fulfilling senior life for its residents.
